CLEAR THINKING. PRACTICAL PROGRESS.

Your business first.
Your software second.

PlanMyERP offers Odoo implementation, business needs reviews and user adoption training for businesses across Canada. We work in English and begin with the processes, people and priorities that your system needs to support.

A useful first conversation

A good Odoo decision starts with understanding how your business works today. Where is information entered twice? Which handovers fail? What slows down a sale, a delivery or a financial close? A business needs review helps turn these questions into priorities before an implementation scope is agreed.

Explore our business needs review or Odoo implementation service and user adoption and training service, or use the project planner to prepare a starting brief.

Make the work concrete before committing

A useful service discussion names the workflows to cover, who owns decisions, the records needed for testing and the acceptance criteria. For training, that means defining the user roles, safe practice environment, job aids and readiness checks in the agreed scope. We can discuss training for a rollout, a current Odoo team or new employees.

Use the training planner to prepare a role-based brief. Our capability reference links specific software functions to official Odoo documentation and separates those functions from suggested practice exercises.

How the fieldguide is written

The fieldguide explains Odoo decisions in plain language. Product-specific statements are checked against official Odoo documentation and linked to their sources. Workflow examples, checklists and acceptance tests are practical editorial guidance, not customer case studies or guaranteed outcomes.

AI tools assist research and drafting. Sources and content have been checked during site production, but the guides are not a substitute for reviewing your own configuration with an appropriate specialist. We do not claim that an independent accountant, tax adviser or Odoo product engineer has approved each article.

We distinguish confirmed capabilities from matters that depend on your version, edition, subscription, apps or configuration. We avoid fixed implementation prices and timelines without discovery. Where a guide cites a versioned document, that is its evidence base; it is not a claim that the version is the newest release.

A Canadian perspective

Our content highlights questions Canadian businesses should bring to a project, including fiscal localization, currency, bilingual document requirements, hosting and data location. These are planning topics. Tax, privacy, legal and regulatory obligations should be confirmed with your qualified advisers.

Industry answers and Canadian coverage

The industry library separates operational questions so teams can review the relevant records and download an acceptance checklist. The examples are hypothetical requirements exercises, not statements that every proposed feature is standard or that a particular industry has used our services.

The Canadian directory includes 100 selected communities across all provinces and territories. Census references use Statistics Canada’s 2021 municipal boundaries and historical figures. They are not current population estimates, keyword-volume measurements or claims about dominant local industries. Community pages are service-area resources and do not represent local offices.

Our guides can help prepare a conversation, but a place name or industry category cannot determine the correct software scope. Replace the sample assumptions with your own business evidence.
