Understand the decision
A hypothetical cutover finds sealed resin bags, an opened hopper, accepted parts awaiting packing and a pallet of unreviewed output. A customer-owned mould is also on site. The migration must avoid treating all these items as ordinary available inventory simply because they appear on the factory floor.
